Through workshops, campaigns, and evidence-based collaborative projects, we help transform everyday habits into eco-friendly routines that contribute to responsible consumption and the conservation of the environment.

Our Mission
To build capacities and develop competencies in individuals and communities to maximize positive impact on biodiversity and local communities through participatory, evidence-based workshops that teach simple techniques to reduce resource consumption and minimize waste; awareness campaigns that connect scientific knowledge with local realities; and collaborative projects co-created with communities and partner organizations to implement sustainable solutions — all guided by active participation, mutual respect, and a commitment to driving lasting change that protects biodiversity and promotes responsible consumption.

Three professionals passionate about conservation, behavior change science, and community work, united to help you design and promote sustainable projects. Together, we combine scientific expertise, creativity, and social commitment to generate a genuine ripple effect of positive change.
President
Miguel García
Behavior change and conservation specialist with over 12 years of international experience. Throughout his career, Miguel has designed and implemented behavior change campaigns in diverse contexts, always with an ethical, participatory, and community-centered approach. He has led environmental education programs, human-wildlife conflict resolution initiatives, and capacity-building efforts in more than 10 countries. He strongly believes in the power of listening, co-creating, and acting alongside people to drive sustainable and respectful change.
Secretariat
Kaitlyn Bock
Conservation specialist with extensive international experience in community work, communications and capacity building. She has led projects in Africa and Asia, promoting participatory processes and creating alliances between local communities and international networks. Her approach combines intercultural communication and collaborative program development to promote sustainable solutions that protect both biodiversity and the people who depend on it.
Vice President
Dra Lauren Watkins
Environmental psychologist specializing in behavior change and sustainability, with over 15 years of international experience. Lauren has developed and implemented participatory strategies to address complex environmental challenges, combining rigorous social research with the design of ethical messaging and solutions. She has worked in forest management, sustainable agriculture, climate communication, and human-wildlife conflict resolution, always guided by respect, empathy, and co-creation with communities.
